A bit…..different, yes. Unusual? Possibly. From different circumstances, probably.
But not bad. Not terrible. Not evil.

You’re just thinking of “monster” as one thing, when it really, really, doesn’t have to be.

I absolutely love the writing in this comic. I have said it before, but I have to say it again. It just says volumes at the right moments without ruining anything to come. And there are very few cliches in it too. That’s rare.
