What a remarkably sudden turnaround in Toulouse’s behavior into someone authoritative.
After seeing some of the comments on the previous page I think I understand the direction you’re trying to go with Davis (clearly I need to read into things again since I mostly missed that), but it’s nice that Toulouse makes a great foil for him. Still religious, but not an asshole about it. (Or at least not to your face, which….I suppose is still an improvement….)

Toulouse is some kind of priest or prophet, huh? That fits with his clerical inclinations and the way he banished Unlucky Noon’s construct simply by walking through it.
well, he obviously has great powers (he managed noon’s and their passenger’s fall after all and is currently fixing broken things just by looking at them) so even if he doesn’t consider himself as such, people might have made him so

Ooooh. Oh dear…
So… You got the Pastor, but then you have the Imbued…
Religion gets much more… more when you can actually see and touch and get infected by your Gods.

Is Toulouse a saint? That would explain possibly how he could interfere with Noon, accidentally or no.
…Saints often make hand signs in old paintings.

They sure do!

That's a great point. You would think Hospitality law would still be going strong out in the Sprawl, it's not like there are any hotels.
