Let’s just get to the point.

A few different folks have mentioned being a little disappointed that the music page doesn’t have its own comment section, and I finally remembered how to switch those on so I went ahead and opened them up! I dunno how much it will actually be used but it’s there if you want it.

Hi Aria, you probably won’t answer this, but after this wonderful last panel and before next page is up, I feel like making a few hypothesis…
A thing I like about your main characters is how they tend (want) to be in control of the situation, anytime they can be. So here’s how I see the present situation:
– Phineas knows who is Hazard. She heard Gideon and Jo talk about him under an other name, but by now she’s had time to think it over.
– Hazard knows that Phineas and Ulrich are fine, that they defeated the tain (this time at least). His void-eye might be a retaliation from the tain for losing Ulrich’s?
The (one among so many) question is, what will he tell Jo? He seems like he wants to hurt Gideon, not her…
Well, “la suite au prochain épisode”… Wait and see. That’s my comicworm motto.

That took a while, I can hear a lot of cries of “FINALLY!”, but I’m still betting on there being a lot more to this particular revelation than meets the eye.

  Yeeeah I hope it didn’t feel TOO strung out, hah. They’re both a few decades’ late for some Healthy Discourse, and given how reactionary Jocasta is Hazard thought it might be a good idea to leave out the “I threw your kid in a death pit” part until they’d talked over at least some of it. Even with someone more gentle than Jo there’s not much room for civility after that

  WHILE I’D LOVE TO CLAIM I DID THIS ON PURPOSE “Cold Hazard” is a fake name he adopted when he started fucking around after he and Jo were separated, so the times don’t match up for it to work. A missed opportunity :<
