Why is Noon’s one speech balloon different? Is that just supposed to convey tone of voice?

  Noon’s different forms speak with different cadences (and act a bit different) depending on which crew member they’re reflecting! Ulrich!Noon is a little extra and vaguely mimics Ulrich’s silverspeak.
  
  Even though Noon is visually styled after Ulrich for this scene, since they align more with Ulrich’s feelings right now, they’re speaking with Phineas’ accent for the most part. So when we see Noon’s dialogue bubble change, we can assume that particularly snarky comment was channeling more Ulrich instead.
