Panel 7 Ulrich manages a glorious blend of “that took long enough”, “ugh we’re actually doing this”, and general annoyance at the whole situation. Perfection.

(In other news, I wonder if this is supposed to also explain why Monty looks so….remarkably preserved. Is he originally a person and that’s a…public face he remotes via? Changed into robot? Is that what he looks like at all? So many possible questions just opened up….)
