    Panel six is actually my favorite, you rarely see MCs flub up in action scenes. It was cute to see that happen and then watch her turn it around.

      aw thanks! i think it’s more fun to show characters being like, fallible, but phineas especially is so comfortable with fighting in general she’d definitely get sloppy sometimes. particularly when she’s also about 30% trying to impress her pretty opponent

        I’m of the same opinion. Also the low key flirting and showing off Phineas does for potential crew members is beyond adorable. I think thats probably one of my favorite parts of the comic, the interactions between characters that she does to convince them that they should ride along with her. It’s like watching her basically drag various strangers on a high fantasyesque dimensional road trip. I especially love how her and Ulrich play off each other.

        !! The relationships between the crew members are really really important to me, I’m so glad you’re enjoying that stuff! I know I spend a lot of extra time on character building bits so it’s always good to hear folks aren’t bored by it hehe
