Considering of the bunch I’d say Phin’s the least to do with science as we know it….curious that she’s the one as the poster kid(d) for the “Victims” of it.
In a random thought which I’ve forgotten a few times but remembered now to ask…..Bel, and Ulrich’s Mental Warden Bel. I got me some questions ’bout that. Is this the same “heir to the Fortuna empire” that he was “suddenly estranged” from? The “former mistress” – to whom (or is that “for whom”?) he “wasn’t much of a knight”? His teeth were replaced because someone beat him, surgically extracted from someone else’s hand and they lost finger(s) from it. Still same person? Or is that switching around a little?
In a similar line of thought, Ulrich’s “mental warden” version of Bel….actually, first question, how much of that being her was intentional on his part? (Actually, anyone’s part?) Was it to be a remembrance of “happier” times, or spite? (Or just original design (pre-“estrangement”) and never changed for whatever reason – such as one of those two?)
(….I’m thinking there was another question/thought or two about all that, but I’ve gone and forgotten it again…)
