I think it’s pretty telling for Tolouse’s character that even after everything he still believes there’s someone/something in charge, so to speak.

It’s interesting to me that he says “haven’t stopped doing impossible things since”, because, while maybe true… in the context of their previously impossible lives, things seem to have gotten more possible, as seemingly impossible things happen to them, like absurd roundabout deaths.

Just a thought that’s been rolling around my head for a few days.
