The hundredth page fell precisely on a chapter cover! That’s neat!

Thank you so much for sticking around and reading my silly comic for a whole 100 pages. I’m definitely having a really good time and I hope you are too! The longest comic I managed to make before starting Kidd Commander was only around seven pages (and I’d certainly never had anything close to my own website), so I feel immensely accomplished to be here.

As cool as this is, the story still hasn’t even got started yet. We’ve still got a lot of people to meet, a lot of people to beat up, and a very, very long way to go. But! I have every intention of escorting everyone all the way to the end, if you wanna come with us that far.

Congratulations! I know I’m late by more than a year, and I can see by the stuff below that you’ve more than doubled your number of pages since. It’s just awesome to see someone succeed so well at something they love!

//Spoiler warning// and this got super lengthy. But I think i figured out one of the cleverest things about this comic. Specifically the weirdly out of place chapter covers. They’re not.
The chapter covers show the first series of events before the timeline got reset. This is what last chance looked like before Hastur got here. And apparently is where Ulrich lived. It’s kinda hard to see the whole “first” time ulrich and phineas met cause theres only a couple of out of place chapter covers. But if showing the first set of events through the chapter covers was the initial idea, why stop? I don’t think Aria did. The later chapter covers could apply to the first set of events, notice that in only of them is last chance depicted as a desert town. (the first one, which doesn’t have a number) anyway the series of events of the first encounter seems to be:

1) Phineas arrives at last chance (The city probably wasn’t called last chance, and unfortunately when Jocasta told Phineas where to go, we don’t get to hear the name of the location) looking for a Starstone ship, and is looking for a place to stay, finds Ulrich.
2)Staying at Ulrichs house
3)?
4)?
5)Magical event happens, Ulrichs misstress may have something to do with the colossal glowing flower?
6) Event causes destruction/stirs up the Tain
7,8,9) Phineas try’s to sort it out, gets possessed, Ulrichs left eye gets messed up.
10)May be Either Raven or Jocasta remembering what the city was like
11) Ellie calles Hastur
12)?
I’m sure this will make way more sense once the chapter is finished, and the chapter names also probably have some information. But goddam I don’t think any other webcomic has done something like this.
