Ok so I comment infrequently mainly because I either don’t have anything to say or see someone already having asked my question. But no one else seems to be commenting on this so I probably missed something earlier.

In the last page we saw some kind of electricity pass between Agatha and Phin. This causes me worry.

Someone (I think it was either Raven or his daughter) mentioned that Commanders have a power that lets them force other people to do what they want. Phineus at the time stated she didn’t want to have to do that to get a crew. But given her ramshackle training she might not known about that power, and this could be her first attempt to use it. Trying to force the woman she has fallen for to follow the path she wants her to walk.

Don’t do this Phin. She’s clearly attracted to you, just give her time and show her what she could be. Don’t force her to be free.

  i don’t think it is her using that. It may very well be a strange interaction between what makes Agatha ‘alive’ and Phin’s commanding.

  I was also wondering about it. I thought maybe she used commanding just to make agatha accept the pink food but then where is the limit if you begin using your power to make somebody do what you want?
