      It’s always fun trying to keep track of how many card-themed tools he keeps up his sleeve, only to show up when he needs them. Frustrating and difficult, but fun.

        It’s tough being the gadget guy in this universe, he’s gotta keep making new things! Fortunately we’re slowly starting a catalog of his toys in the Ulrich’s Workshop section of the print books, maybe we’ll catch up in the next five years or so

  It’s hard to say what effect silverspeak has right now, but we do know from earlier that she picks up on the fact that it has some kind of weird quality to it at least.

        Then again I often like just being the shallower “follow along and go ‘ooo'” reader. Sometimes digging out all the bits is fun, though sometimes it just feels tedious (and/or excessive).
        
        No reason not to put it in. The very well-hidden things are probably the favorites of anyone who wants to go hunting for the subtler details.
