Translation time! Or at least what I can manage.
Panel 2 appears to be mostly just listen mashed over and over in various ways (that are difficult to follow, pretty much just translate one and figure the rest of the similar-looking combinations are the same), except for the one you stuck in there. Panel 3 appears to be the same letters for the word listen, but it’s a little jumbled and half out of the panel, so can’t guarantee that’s what it was, but pretty sure.
