Sorry this one went up a little late, remember you can keep track of weird updates on comic rocket, the KC tumblr, the KC twitter, or (if you’re feeling brave) my personal twitter.

One last post about shirts! They’re on sale for another two days it looks like, if that’s something you wanna take advantage of. From now on the store page is going to direct you to the Teepublic shopfront (still working on making the store page pretty, please excuse the baron-ness), and I’ve experimentally opened up comments over there for any suggestions you guys might have now or in the future. I thought an open forum might be helpful for this so I can see which ideas end up being more popular, we’ll see how it goes.

This week was a little weird and I apologize! My body isn’t actively trying to kill me anymore so things should be back to normal now. See you Monday!

Though it’s hard to wait for what she’s going to say, I love this page. It’s a welcome change of mood at least for a few moments.

    It is sort of a cliffhanger, but KC is really a fast-pace comic (which is great), often intense, and even your ‘slow’ pages are full of feelings. So for my part, I really don’t mind…

Looks like Jo’s gone through normal anger into the cold rage (ironically), where she’s realised verbal abuse is not getting her anywhere. Time for Hazard to get his one warning I guess.

Does she have to use matches because she’s too upset for small flames? Like, if she tried to use magic now, it’d be too hot for anything for destruction?

Or am I completely off track and there’s a whole other explanation here?

    Also, Hazard looks more genuinely sad (especially in panel 4) then I would have expected. I keep bouncing between hating his guts and feeling bad for him. You’re making it really hard to make up my mind about him, Aria!

I realily like the ‘scenic’ pages, where it’s just a lot of stillness. Let’s you focus more on the images instead of the words.

I think you’ve done an absolutely fantastic job with this conversation. It’s literally *pages* of blah blah blah–no offense–but it’s gripping and I can’t wait to see the next page.

  Thank you so much! I’ve been really nervous about this chapter for ages because you’re totally right, this is an incredibly long time to focus on two secondary characters having a discussion. I’m glad to hear it’s keeping your interest anyway!
