I’m doing the usual Free Comic Book Day shenanigans over on my ko-fi shop this Saturday AND preorders for the next run of Volume 3 are opening this week hopefully! oooh, she’s carrying her step stool, isn’t she? I wondered how she could be tall enough for the sink on the previous page.
I love this page, and Jo’s and Crow’s expressions, but particularly Phin’s behavior x)

Crow looks so happy, it’s incredible. Meanwhile, Jocasta perfectly embodies “who is this sassy lost child,” but also happy.

Oof. I can see this going a lot of ways, and I’m seeing many ways this could go that I… probably won’t like. Between their relations, their natures, and the lore dropped so far, I’m concerned.

It’s neat how Phin has a “small adult” feel, based on the design, rather than “petulant child” (at least to me).
