Hey, at least she’s honest.
More clues as to What Happened and Where Crow Went.
And by “wiser” I’m guessing you mean given up/become more of a bastard through exremis of cynicism.

He thinks he’s seen it once so he knows how it’ll go every time.
Completely ignoring that, despite the similarities, Kidd and Crow aren’t the same. (And maybe Jo’s lessons will help keep Kidd from repeating Crow’s history so similarly.)

So to him this really is history repeating itself.
Well, hell, Raven, why not go really crazy? You’re supposed to be a scientist, yes?
Allow it to continue and allow it to repeat itself enough times so that it follows through the way the one rising to power claims. That they will be different. Certainly could be an interesting long-term experiment, eh?
(Then again, immortality is basically being able to see that eventually everything goes wrong. Simply a matter of time.)
Have I mentioned that I like this conversation? (Though that last panel does feel like he’s building up to either “Let’s get dangerous” or “Let me teach you a lesson“….)
So sure that what he was prescribing was right, and was going to be the best for the masses he considered himself the philosopher-king of.

As a scientist Raven should know that you need more than 1 data point to start building a predictive model. Just because your dreams blew up in your face doesn’t mean that is what always happens. And that is also ignoring the fact that having someone already familiar with how things failed last time involved with this time would almost certainly improve odds of success.
Aria
It’s true! I’m starting to think this guy has ulterior motives or something.
Elkian
The trashed facade of the Artemis (his version of Artemis) in the distance of the last panel really hammers it.
