The Phin VS Raven/Hazard showdown of the ages is going to end in conversation!?

No, not mad. Just find it interesting. Would be a hell of a plot twist: there is no fight. Not interrupted, not delayed, just…Raven doesn’t look to be in the mood. Fight cancelled. “Do whatever you want, I’m done with this shit.” That’d be….a weird twist. (And not one I’d expect from him. Then again, cliffhanger pages seem to have a habit of going in wildly different directions when it picks up again….)

And it’s a fun conversation thus far, too. (And all it really is is asking “What the hell is driving you, anyway? Why?”)

And on top of that you really do get a “Sad, tired old man” vibe rolling off him in more waves than that beach will ever have.

(PS: Changed your Disqus pic again already? Heh. Who’s it supposed to be? Little pixelated, hard to tell. Based on the hair I’d say Eisse, but those look like regular shades rather than her visor, and the outfit also looks slightly odd for her. And looks ever so slightly pale for being her. Maybe just not a great picture?)

    ….or you live just long enough to see everything you ever have, or ever will, care about, wither, die, and turn to dust and ash.
    
    It’s either really cool, or unfuckingbelievably depressing. And far too common to see the latter.

Maybe it’s not Phineas thats seething, Her and Brokenspecter share a soul right? I don’t know if hazard can tell if they’re fuzed so he thinks that Brokenspecters emotions are hers?

I think the scariest thing about Hazard is that even though we the audience know him to be obsessive and have skewed priorities, he still manages to be/sound more reasonable than Phineas at times. He’s a tricksy one… as the starship said, not unlike Ulrich.
